Add a watermark to a PDF

How to use it

What a watermark is for
A watermark tells anyone reading or printing the document how it should be treated: a draft not to be relied on, a confidential copy, or a copy issued to a particular person. A faint diagonal watermark is noticeable without making the page hard to read.
A watermark is not security
Anyone with a PDF editor can remove a watermark. To stop people reading a document, protect it with a password; to take information out permanently, redact it.

Are my files uploaded?
No. The work happens inside your web browser, on your own device. Before your file is opened, this page locks itself: from then on your browser refuses to let it fetch, upload or send anything at all.
